- The service must comply with any rules set forth by the Telecommunication Industries Association in Denmark.
- The service must be in compliance with Fortumo Terms of Service, Danish legal acts and good morals.
- In the advertisements and instructions, the following information must be present:
- the end-user price of the service,
- a notice saying that the price is added to the phone bill or deducted from the prepaid card, and there is two weeks to apply for refund; and a link to http://fortumo.com/refund (in English or Danish)
- service provider's legal name and Danish customer support phone number / e-mail.
- Service maker must ensure that any content sold or promoted or related materials
- are considered appropriate for children under the age of sixteen,
- are not pornographic,
- do not contain personal advertisements for sex services,
- do not contain information, reference or descriptions of sexual or erotic aspects,
- do not contain contact advertising with the purpose of establishing sexual relationships, passwords or another type of communication which enables access to above,
- do not contain descriptions of violence.
- Competitions and lotteries must have a certain degree of difficulty, so that it can be presumed that not everyone is able to answer the question correct
- Adult content and gambling related services are strictly forbidden.
